Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Typically shipping takes between 3 - 10 days on select products and other products when permitted takes up to 20 days. 

STORE PICKUP: Currently we don't have store pickup. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer international shipping at this moment. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & 10% restocking fees for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@bgfc.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
